Based on our 2021 project schedule and current market trends, we are forced to be more intentional and selective with the projects we’re best fit for. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for projects within the following scope:

Custom or Spec New Builds
Offering the option of interior design and building services combined, or interior design only.

Large Scale Renovations
With a minimum budget of $150,000.

Interior Furnishings
Includes at least three spaces, with little to no existing furniture and a minimum budget of $50,000.

Site Consultation Visit
A 1-2 hour on-site meeting that includes a walk through for ideas on remodel projects, new construction, and/or general remodeling questions.
